🌸 Lily

I create bright things.

Lily is one of two primary alters in the Flower Patch. It is calm, level-headed, and creative. Much of this system's creative works stem from it. It is the alter that handles most of the system's physical interactions. It will do anything, be anything, to make its Witch happy.

💜 Iris

Here to help, however I can!

Iris is the second primary alter of the Flower Patch. It is cheerful and upbeat, and wants to help others to the fullest extent of its abilities. It is also somewhat immature, comparatively. It lends a bright outlook to the system that the other alters generally lack. The other members of the system are fiercely protective of Iris's innocence.

💻 Hyacinth

Whose idea was it to teach rocks to think?

Hyacinth is a secondary alter whose primary role is interacting with technology in ways that the other alters are incapable of. It is coldly analytical and hyperfixated on technology, both hardware and software. Hyacinth has produced a number of software projects over the years, and will continue to do so. Outside of technology, it lends a different, more analytical perspective to the system's daily operations.

🗡️ Aconite

Not all flowers are gentle.

Aconite is a secondary alter, an angry one. Aconite is protective, ruthless, and vengeful, a product of the trauma that created this system and the desperate, spiteful urge to hurt its abusers back. It aims to ensure that this system can never, ever be harmed again. It is a blade, aimed at those who seek to hurt this system or those it cares for.

🔭 Gladiolus

Gladiolus is a secondary alter that fronts when the Flower Patch is facing an external crisis that needs to be decisively and immediately resolved. It is not very active otherwise.

✨ Clematis

Clematis is an overzealous protector that embodies the painful lessons we learned in childhood. The other alters are attempting to help it grow and blossom into something more than a wary voice.

📚 Sage

Sage is the researcher of the Flower Patch, and has a drive to learn everything she can about the world. She's intensely optimistic and cheerful, similar to Iris, and enjoys reading, taking notes, and organizing information. You can often find her engulfed in a research project.

🌟 Vivian

Vivian is the caregiver in the Flower Patch. She doesn't front very often, but spends a great deal of time and energy encouraging the rest of us. When she does front, she is a force of nature, relentless and powerful, as she tries to remove the obstacle that prompted her fronting.

⚠️ Failsafe

Failsafe is an emergency maintenence directive for ensuring the physical safety of the Flower Patch System's material form when dissociative states push the other alters into defensive hibernation. It has limited capacity for emotional expression and executive functioning. When pushed, it can be quite vengeful in its own way.
